5. You will receive a booking invoice via email.
6. If you are shopping for the first time on our website, you will receive a registration email containing a username and password to enter our system.
7. Pay your order according to the total cost stated on the invoice.
8. Confirm your payment through our system or via WhatsApp. Our admin will confirm your order and payment immediately.
9. Our admin will process and send your order immediately, and you will receive regular updates about your order.
10. If the order has been received and there are no complaints, we will change your order to complete in our system.
Shopping and consultation are easier.
1. Send the product link, screenshot of the product photo, and message via WhatsApp contact available on the website.
2. If you’re certain about the model, design, color, and other specifications, request a payment invoice.
3. If you want product details, ask the admin.
4. We will send an invoice order according to the order requirements.
5. Buyers will be charged a downpayment of 50% of the total invoice so that our production team can work on the order the day after the invoice is paid.
6. The production team in Pitoo Management will provide progress updates.
7. After the production is completed, the buyer makes the payment.
8. Once payment is received, the order will be shipped via a specialized furniture expedition partner in Jepara.
